Income Tax Department faced problems in delivering the tax refunds to Tax payers due to many reasons like Incorrect address. They have listed out all such cases and kept them in database "undelivered salary refund management system”. Taxpayers who have not received the refunds for the assessment years 2003-04 to 2006-07 can use this link to check their PAN has been listed under the same.
